4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Test websites you do not own or have authorization to test
  • Use the Service to perform denial-of-service attacks or stress testing
  • Submit malicious code or attempt to exploit the Service infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all test configurations and custom code you provide. We retain ownership of the Service, its software, and infrastructure. Test results and screenshots generated by the Service are owned by you.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented at the time of purchase. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
