Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Your tests and data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, giving you time to reactivate or export your data.

Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Within 30 days of first purchase — full refund, no questions asked.
  • Service outages — if the Service is unavailable for an extended period, we will issue a prorated credit for the affected time.
  • Billing errors — if you were charged incorrectly, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. We process refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
